At Dyer Brown, Sam practices civil litigation, specifically Insurance Defence, Bodily Injury, and Property Damage. He vigorously advocates for his clients’ interest in tort matters in order to obtain the best results possible and achieve an early settlement. He thoroughly enjoys being in court and has appeared before the Licence Appeal Tribunal, Small Claims Court, Ontario Court of Justice, and Superior Court of Justice. When away from his litigation practice, Sam enjoys playing sports, travelling, and photography.
